Shawn Hicks is the best. He showed up before he was promised, explained the issue in detail, fixed it perfectly and didn't charge me an "arm & a leg!" Oh, almost forgot...the receptionist was also really good.
Great service from our tech, Shawn. Called 7:30 on a Saturday morning before Memorial day and gave a report of my A/C compressor not working and the symptoms to the receptionist. Shawn called me back, diagnosed the problem from the description and since he was right near my location, came over in about 10 minutes. Confirmed his diagnosis, replaced the capacitor and was on his way quickly with our A/C humming away. Thank goodness. Have used the Guys for maintenance for several years. Very good service. Had a unit replaced recently and Jordan was great to work with.
After our thermostat control went out, we decided it was time to have our HVAC system maintenance done. Shelly was very nice on the phone and got us scheduled for the next day. Scott. called and asked if he could come a little early (how nice!). He was dog friendly, considerate and professional. He was done in no time and reported no major issues. Thanks Scott B!
