I’ve been living at The 95 Apartments for about a year now and they are awesome, lowest prices I’ve seen in Vegas. Donté on the maintenance team really hooked us up and got our tub’s leaky faucet squared away same day the request was submitted!
I just wanted to make a comment about Jeff the groundskeeper. He's an amazing person. He's always busy. He's always making sure things are clean around the areas around the dumpsters and the whole apartment complex. I hope that you take good care of him. This is my first apartment and it’s been a lovely experience so far :) we’ve been here for 8 months and every issue that’s come up has been promptly dealt with by the appropriate party. When there was a problem with my apartment Jennifer and the maintenance team were super ontop of helping us solve the problem and making sure that we were comfortable and it was dealt with ASAP. It’s so quiet here too and we’re so pleased with how everything has been so far!
I cannot express enough gratitude, support, smiles and going the extra mile your grounds, & maintenance men have shown for their excellence workmanship performances on the grounds and maintenance in our homes. I know for sure in Hawaii we are blessed with young, middle and older age workers, male & female with work ethics like Christen, Truman and the older heavy worker in the yard will be treated as Family. What happened to the 30 day notice paper that was in my door a month ago, effective June 1st 2025??? I have the paper in black and white and you didn’t let any residents know you were switching back to a 7 days notice this place is Unprofessional and way to expensive for the place to be small as a walk in closet. Find a different place to live.
