IDK why this complex only has a 3.3 stars. I've lived here since April of 2022. I love it here! The office staff are always friendly and eager to help. They have had a new maintenence crew awhile now that are so awesome! They get a 10 out of 10! People are very friendly. It's peaceful and safe.when weather permits,I am not afraid to sit outside on my walker during the night and enjoy how quiet it is. I just love it here! Jennifer and London are so helpful! I never want to move out of the complex!
this lady said she was the assistant manager and her name was LONDON!, she was super rude came up to me and told me to leave for no reason!. I was just waiting for my friend and she came up to me screaming and screaming and wouldn’t even let me explain why I was there assuming I was doing something else. I can’t believe she has that position because of how unprofessional she is!! very disrespectful and it was such a bad experience.
Did a 9 month lease. It was okay. No infestations that I had and was close to work which were the only positives. Got the studio layout. My car was broken into 4 months in. Security isn’t the greatest. Deep cleaned the studio on move out. They still charged me $200 for “touch up paint” and “standard cleaning/carpet cleaning”. Just be aware you will owe minimum fees of $200 at move out. Hope this helps.
London has been amazing, so professional answer every question we had and more definitely would recommend seeing her. And the community was great, quiet, and staff was kind, nice, and wonderful would recommend this place to anyone looking to move!
I just moved in this month and the application process was a breeze. Great deal on my studio and the entire staff has been so helpful and kind through it all. I had an issue with my shower and maintenance came in one hour! Jennifer and Jordan are amazing.
