General cleanliness is very bad all around. Residents stack garbage in the lobby constanly due to the trash chutes being very small. I have seen several mice since living here and other residents have reported the same. Building management can only be bothered to send mass emails about this but does nothing else to actually enforce a good standard of living. Not a bad place to be. I enjoy the area as it is fairly close to everything in walking distance. There seems to be a change in some staffing and everyone’s pretty kind. Enjoying the renovated basement gym/family area a lot these days. Only wish is there was a restroom down in the basement sucks to have to go back and forth if you need to go with a child.
Im totally impressed! I came looking for metal and found gold !! Came in for a tour and come to find out that i think this is the place where i want to start my little family.. thanks so much to Amy for the tour and the welcoming hospitality.
I just moved in this year February and let me tell you DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT move here. This place is nasty, the neighbors are rude and dirty. I have mouses running in my house with a 10 month old baby and let’s not forget how terrible management is. I moved in because I needed somewhere to stay as I’m transitioning to a better apartment but this has been by far the worst conditions. I could cry for how bad it’s been. I pay rent on time every month and management still does nothing. Please don’t move here!
