I had high hopes when I moved to this building based off how it was marketed. Upon moving here I realized what a big mistake I made. 1) A full service gym is advertised on the website. The gym is completely non functional. Holes in the wall and rusted equipment. Even the cardio pieces don’t work. This is part of the rent price as an amenity provided. Worst maintenance no proper water, laundry and lift maintenance
If I could give less than one star I would!! They make you give at least one star so that's the reason for the one. There are so many issues where do I start??. I moved in roughly 2 months ago with my wife and my disabled son and so many things have gone wrong from day one. I live in the building. I am disappointed with the condominium. For the second time, they stole my laundry detergent from the laundry room. I went to the laundry room and put my clothes in the wash. At the same time, my food delivery arrived and I went down to get it with my dog. When I came back, my laundry detergent was not there again. It is a shame that the building does not have cameras. In Massachusetts it’s a legal requirement to give security deposit back within 30 days. It’s been well over that period and I haven’t received my security deposit back. The leasing office is not cooperating at all. Now that I am out of the building, they rarely reply to emails and they conveniently don’t have the tracking number for the cheque they sent. It got “lost”. If you’re thinking about living here, keep in mind that you may never receive your deposit
