I’m really surprised this place has good reviews. From the moment I arrived, it was constant stress, and safety was the main issue. They steal the mail almost every month. Parking is a total headache, the location is extremely noisy, the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors snoring and their fights too… and on top of that, when I finally moved out, they charged me a “cleaning fee” for the apartment even though we left everything spotless. My experience touring the place was great. Karen is so sweet and genuine and has excellent customer service. Although I did not end up staying here I still wanted to write this review because I appreciate how Karen really went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and it meant a lot to me. I found a different apartment complex that is really nice to stay in but in the future when I move I will consider this place again because it is a really nice and well kept community.
Rolando and Karen were so professional, friendly and responsive. I also appreciate how quickly the processed moved. I'm loving my new apartment!
Management is the best. Rolando & Karen are very helpful.
