The 505 has been great with a cool staff that was willing to work with me! The amenities are nice and it’s in a good location in downtown.
Living at 505 has honestly been a great experience. One of the first things you notice is how clean everything is. The common areas are always kept up, the hallways stay nice, and it doesn’t feel run down like a lot of student housing can. Everything feels well-maintained and taken care of. The amenities are another big plus. The gym, study spaces, and hangout areas are all clean and actually usable, not just there for looks. It’s easy to find a good spot to get work done or just relax. I am a college student who just moved to the spfd area, after looking at the 505’s website which was very helpful i decided to call and book a tour, the staff was very helpful and easy to understand and I was able to get a tour very fast, i believe her name was Skylar but she took me on a tour and was very friendly and welcoming which really helped the decision!
I’ve lived at The 505 for almost two years while attending Drury University’s Physician Assistant program, and overall it’s been a great experience. I’m originally from California, so moving out to Springfield was a big transition, but living here made that adjustment much easier.
