This is a miserable place to live. The rooms are extremely small, it’s not worth the money and the theme is dull millennial grey (which doesn’t feel homey at all). The guest are always loud and obnoxious. There’s outrageous fees for everything (including parking, pet fees and printer fees) and the staff aren’t quick to respond to maintenance issues. Genuinely do not live here, I could not even list all of issues in the space given here. Save yourself the money and headache, and find ANYWHERE else to live.
As a 2 year resident of the 505 my experience was mixed. The amenities are genuinely great, but a lot of the day-to-day experience fell short. Staff turnover seemed high, I dealt with new leasing team members fairly often, which made things feel a bit disorganized. I was also charged over $175 at move-out for damage that was already there when I moved in, and wasn’t able to get much help resolving it through the receivables team. If you’re a student I recommend exploring other options.

Toured the 505 and the staff there was Amazing despite them being super busy with get people moved in and out, they took their time they showed me around and gave me a top-tier look at the life I would have living with the 505 I’m super excited and can’t wait to move in! Huge shot out to the leasing manager he was very welcoming with great energy! 10/10
