Really sad when you have to call in Salt Lake City Health Department to have your apartment repaired so it is in a Live-able condition. AMC is one of the WORST management companies I have ever rented from and this property is so RUN DOWN and OUT OF DATE it isn't even funny... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Just moved out. My water was turned off once a week for maintenance. Because they can't just shut off the water to your apartment they have to shut off the water to your entire building. Takes them forever to fix things when you ask them to. There was mold in the taps. Also around the bathroom faucet. definitely would not recommend this place they still don't even take care of the mice that I kept getting. They're trying to remodel a lot of the apartments in there but even those aren't being fully remodeled they're just gett... read more
So glad we moved! Our water was turned off AT LEAST once a month since we moved in to just "patch" their water problems rather than fix it! There were "CAM" charges that made no sense and we're raised without explanation each month since we moved in, supposedly to cover cleaning expenses of the complex in the summer and salt to be thrown on ice in the winter! There was mold, cockroaches and mice, from time to time and I would not recommend this place to anyone!
This place is just terrible. I understand that you get what you pay for, and this place was very inexpensive, which is why my husband and I moved there. On the plus side, you get lots of square footage. That's about the only good thing there is to say about it. Here's my list of problems: 1. The place is OLD and not well cared for. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The staff leave their shifts early, mold everywhere in our so called livable townhouse. They are trying to force us to stay when it's clearly not safe to live in. Water damage EVERYWHERE. Every time we had a question while signing lease we had to wait for the lady to be done texting on her phone. Simply the worst experience anyone could have! Steer clear of this location!! And wouldn't let us look at our place before we signed the lease and gave them all our money
