About this business

The 5 Point Cafe is a neighborhood dive bar and restaurant that offers sumptuous American comfort food, including roast beef sandwich, Cuban marinated pulled pork sandwich, burgers and homemade chili soup. Absolutely no idea how this place keeps its reputation as a Seattle landmark. The service is awful! Like downright rude. The bar section is usually filthy and full of over served drunks. The diner section isn't much better (definitely not the type of place to bring kids) and the food is mediocre at best. Too top it all off there's the owner. Google him and you'll see what I mean...

Ate breakfast here while on vacation. The atmosphere is great. Wonderful music and super friendly staff. The food and coffee were delicious! Would recommend!

Rude service. Sat outside and had to smell cigarettes and listen to all the homeless in the area. My wife found a bug in her water then a worm fell in her drink. Had to pay for refills on drinks. Food was not good. The bathroom was very dirty. I would not come back

Place is a shit box slow service. Shitty over priced food Sounds like someone hit shuffle on a crack heads iPod in there and there’s people literally sleeping on the patio out front

I've never walked out of a restaurant and I probably never will again, but waiting 30+ min for basic food is beyond ridiculous. The place smells like urine, which is non-appetizing. The server came to our table twice... to take our order and give us drinks (took her over 5 min to come to our table). I can appreciate dive bars, but even dive bars should remember they're still customer service based.
