Everything was amazing, including the food, except for the bar service. The liquor being served—especially considering this was a company-paid open bar event—was unacceptable. I even asked for a double and was told that all drinks were doubles since it was an open bar. What they called a “double” was a rocks glass with a single quick tilt of liquor while soda was poured at the same time. It was barely a shot, let alone a double. The 408 was absolutely perfect for our small family wedding. Maria was wonderful to work with as we planned a wedding in Saratoga while living in Tennessee. She walked us through every detail and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to be. The venue is beautiful. The food was amazing (Little Italy Buffet) and there was plenty of it. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them!
We had our firm's Holiday Party at The 408! and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! Working with Maria was great and she assisted with thoughtful details and accommodations. The atmosphere was festive and it was a great opportunity to celebrate with friends and colleagues. And many compliments to the chef - the food was amazing! We had the absolute best time at the 408 on our wedding day! We cannot thank Maria and her team enough for all of their hard work and planning leading up to the big day. My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at the 408 and it was nothing short of spectacular! Maria and her staff made everything seamless and tremendously reduced our stresses while planning a once in a lifetime event. The planning process was organized and Maria and her team were flexible, pleasant, and accommodating every step of the way.
