This is building is Not 🚫 well maintained. Doesn't care about this place or the maintenance guy here is mentally incompetent. Tenant says they've seen maintenance drink alcohol in back of the building with Certain tenants before leaving , some days, past 8pm at night. Coming here on off days as well. Maybe drug testing your staff can lead to a Better effective running BUSINESSÂ
This is supposed to be for the elderly yet I hear kids next door. A male came knocking at my door at 2am telling me "open up so I can beat the shyt out of you" As a survivor of domestic violence, this male should be kicked out! I called the police twice and have 2 police reports I had to PAY for?????? REALLY??? Loud noises and obvious drug use because I can HEAR them!!!! I'm in heart failure and should not have to deal with abusive MALES who happen to live next to me in a ELDERLY apartment complex!!Â
I continue to get no sleep because of loud neighbors. The male has already threatened my life twice! Told me to open up so he can "beat the shyt out of me" I'm a domestic violence survivor and have called police twice and still have problems!! I am awakened by loud parties and tonight, loud children? Really???? This is supposed to be a quiet, safe place for elderly and I get bullied, harassed and constantly awakened by ONE neighbor. WHY??????Â
Good day 🌅 I'm inquiring of the live in caretakers. Caretakers are nothing more than addicted friends. Homeless people that aren't caring for the tenant, rather breaking the rules with the tenant!! Making living here the WORSE. While ALL tenants pay for addicted, alcoholic homeless people to live for FREE. A caretaker said she isn't supposed to be here & she Can't believe she's been here this long .............Â
Alot of crack & alcohol addicts. Some has mental issues with bad destructive behaviors because of the addictions. There's nothing the office could do. A guy has been evicted & nearly a couple weeks later he continues to stay around inside the building. NEED More Order here. Enforce more rules & policies of the establishment.Â
🚫 There is issues with plumbing. Hot water isn't constant. However, I heard the maintenance guy tell a 70 year White woman to take a call shower. Followed by the tenants of the building should all shower 🚿 in the day time. 😶😳 Mathew the maintenance guy is Always on personal calls. It shouldn't have to take 2-3 hours on a job & it be performed wrong. I'm unsure , from observing , if he is the best fit. Certainly Not the best money invested in suchÂ
I live here now. There are water leaks that I just slipped and fell in today. There is mold and I've had to clean mold off furniture as well as my personal appliances. Women screaming in the hallways 2 times and beer cans and cigarette butt's in hallways and elevator. There are 2 elevators but only one works.Â
