I recently worked with real estate agent Sandra Benkhala (the 305 Agency.) I purchased a condo in Miami Beach. Everything went smoothly in the transaction. I live in California, and the condo was in Miami Beach, so there was an added difficulty. But everything Sandra promised, she delivered on.
