Seriously a horrible experience. The home was beautiful (except for some damage left by the previous tenants and dirty floors) but crime really started to rise (someone was shot right in front of my home and I lived alone) so I made the decision to terminate my lease early. I paid the fees as outlined by Ryan Kromsky and vacated the unit on August 14th. Maryland gives landlords 45 days to either return a deposit or send an itemized list of what the deposit was used for. They were courteous and professional from start to finish. Every transaction involved with the rental property went smoothly. The landlord was very responsive for the few issues that came up during our tenancy, making repairs promptly and making allowances for our schedule. Move-out was excellent as well, we returned the property in the same condition we acquired it in and thus there were no questions about receiving the security deposit back.
Very friendly and accessible. The property needs some work, but is fairly priced for the area.

They'll have you go through the motions and spend money only to sell the place you were inquiring about. These people are shady. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you.
