RecommendedDane is very helpful and greets everyone by name. Jeff in maintenance is always friendly and says hello no matter the time of day. Both guys do a great job of taking care of the building and residents. It's always clean and there are a lot of places to hang out in the building. The location is nice and I even got a friendly reminder to pay rent before it was too late. Most places will just let you incur late charges.
