Eddie from 1916 in 48 hours made my purchasing experience of my first Rolex second to none. I’ve been looking for a particular watch for a good few months and Eddie was able to get it shipped in overnight. The moment I got there I wasn’t really getting that wow factor. Eddie pivoted and navigated me to something I never would have imagined I’d get but fell in love with. Eddies professionalism, courtesy and general knowledge walking me through things step by step was top notch. I can’t wait to buy my next one from Eddie!

I had a great experience at 1916 Company in Philadelphia with Dan buying a watch for my fiancé! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and welcoming, and it’s obvious that the staff genuinely loves watches and the stories behind them. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the history of Rolex as well. It never felt pushy or transactional. Definitely worth visiting if you’re into watches or want a premium watch shopping experience.
Can’t say enough good things about Monica and this company. Monica was always available when I would stop in and was helpful even via text when i would reach out. She was never rude and definitely made me feel like she was there to help me!
