I have been collecting watches for more than 20 years and have transacted business with most of the major retailers. That being said, I would never conduct business with this Company again. I met with their Staff on June 20th, 2026, for a Rolex event. In anticipation of same, I arranged to have two of my watches brought in for trade. I recently visited The 1916 Company in Ardmore PA to purchase my Rolex watch. Although this is my third time buying with them, it's my first time @ Ardmore location. It is very nice showroom, big and welcoming plus this is where Mariel Veras now work. Her customer service skills are excellent. She help me make informed purchasing decisions.
