She made its delivery personal and exciting . We were both thrilled, not only by the service but Victorias’ thoughtfulness. She aided in making the purchase special. I've been a customer for a long time (Govberg and now 1916 Company) in Ardmore. They are a top notch company that excels in knowledge, service, professionalism and customer focus. Never feel pressured and assured what I am buying or having a repair or customizing a piece of jewelry they deliver! Shout out to Andy and his team and ofcourse, Victoria with their total commitment in their service. You will not be disappointed!
Avoid this place at all costs. The entire process of getting my ring resized here was a complete nightmare from start to finish. When I initially dropped off my ring, I was promised a price estimate by the next day. Instead, it took an entire week of me constantly following up just to get a price.
