I had an extensive 3 hour procedure. From arrival time to the end, the care and concern was always expressed. Updates were given to my wife to keep her informed. The entire team at Thayer Dental are truly that, a Great Team! Comfortable and clean . State of the art equipment. I highly recommend TDC!
I was very nervous about the whole dentist visit experience, I can't thank the entire staff enough for being so nice and making me at ease. They took their time to explain everything about my treatment plan, gave me several options within my budget and were totally supportive in the treatment plan I chose. Dr Patel and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional- I highly recommend them.

I really didn't have any "issues" with my visit. I went back quickly, wasn't left sitting, was made comfortable while there, and was given a fair and clear consultation of what needs to be done next. Not sure that you can ask for more.
