This business is nothing short of awful. We did not get what we wanted what so ever. 1 out of the 4 dresses we ordered and paid for up front were correct. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from here December 9th. I was told 3-4 months. And that's plenty of time for them to be here. Horrible customer skills and if you don't have a appointment then you are not worthy of customer service or just general kindness.
I did not have a great experience here. Initial meeting to chose a dress went well but after I paid it was like they couldn't care less when the dress got there even though they knew my wedding date the entire time. Every time I called they made me feel like an inconvenience and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. The dress showed up 26 days before my wedding. Thank goodness for the alteration shop they work work with, FAB alterations, because they saved the day.
Absolutely wonderful service and beautiful store. My daughter and I loved it today when we went shopping for her senior prom. So many beautiful dresses and different styles. I'm so happy we walked in here. She is quite shy and the ladies got her out on the pedestal where they lavished her with wonderful comments and helpful advice. We left with a gorgeous dress. She is so happy! Thank you for everything!!!
Wedding dress and veil ordered. Dress was in months ago... Veil is still not in. Lack of feedback and a wedding less than a month away is causing MORE stress rather than less. Staff seems to not really care and claim to do their best but the tone on the phone is one of "please stop calling I already told you". Because of this we have to keep calling and don't get return calls. If I can't get a return call I will have to go there. Because of this experience I will not recommend this place. However the dress is BEAUTIFUL.
That's my dress in Fredericksburg for is amazing and the ladies are truly a blessing to the bridal industry. They listen to what the brides are trying to say. They give good advice and are not pushy. They let you take as little or as much time that you need. The dresses are just spectacular and are good quality. I recommend that every bride to make an appointment with them.
This is where I got my wedding dress! Very helpful, wonderful people. And fits the budget!
