Val and Michelle were amazing!!! After loosing my dad few months ago they made an experience I was worried about fantastic! Val understood my body type and what would fit me perfectly! If I ever need a formal dress after my wedding this is where I will go! Highly recommend!
So. While my dress shopping experience was GREAT, the aftermath was so not. Got my dream dress after the 3rd one i tried on, paid half on it, said i would be receiving a call/email early September. Well guess what, NEVER received a thing. In the mean time the engagement fell through so i called them myself asking about the dress so i could pay the rest on it and hopefully sell it (so i wouldn’t be out of money) and at least try and get some money back. Valerie is an absolute dream to work with! She took the time to look up what I wanted and go through the stock room to see what she had. Found my dream dress on the first try for my wedding! Thank you! I’m so excited to wear it I wanted to leave the store in it!!!
I bought my dress in January, and got married in July. Michelle and Val were there for me every step of the way! I came in about a million times as I waited for my dress to be delivered to see the one they had in store. I came in a billion times trying to find the perfect dress for all 4 of my bridesmaids. They made things so easy, and were so helpful. Their honesty and attention to detail ensured that my bride squad looked fabulous!
I am a bride! I visited this shop in February but did not buy my wedding dress here. Unfortunately, I purchased elsewhere and that's a story for another day. I did, however, purchase our flower girl dresses at That's My Dress today. We are so happy with the dresses and the entire customer service experience. I had an overwhelmingly awesome experience here. I was nervous to come here when I first saw some of the reviews, and also heard of a bad experience that one of my friends had. Valerie was amazing. She is truly a sweetheart, and so helpful! The dress selection here is great as well! I am absolutely in love with mine, and cannot wait to wear it on my big day.
