We absolutely love Thatcher Pools & Spas. They service both our pool and hot tub. They are very knowledgeable and have an awesome staff. Their annual pool school and big green egg cooking demo is a blast!

Hands down the BEST customer service around! I've worked with Thatcher dating back when I was a little girl (we had a pool through Thatcher) and my hubby and I recently bought a spa and worked with Alli- she was/is amazing. From the ordering, to the install/set up, testing water and so on...They provided us with a list of electricians to work with. We went with Bill Campion and would highly recommend him! We are VERY impressed and will work with them indefinitely. THANK YOU for everything Thatcher!
Thatcher did an awesome job putting up our pool! The whole process was simple—to the order process and putting up the pool to the chemicals and accessories! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. The guys who put up the pool did a great job and left the site as it was before they came. Would highly recommend them!!!!
This will be the 6th summer we have had our pool from Thatchers. Their service is great and they have been very helpful at answering any questions we have had.
The absolute friendliest team of all! ALWAYS making sure we are well taken care of and truely bent over backwards to accommodate our delivery 2 hours away! can't say enough good things about the people here and the quality of service and products they provide. life long customers for sure! Well worth the trip!
