The first day in the RV the air conditioner broke and it was crazy hot. They squeezed us into their busy schedule and got out there the same day. Austin and Kyle showed us so many things with our RV and patiently answered every question we asked. Super helpful and super kind. Literally the greatest. Customer for life!
I'm horrible with names, but the owner came out to check out my ac/heat issue. I'd let this guy work on my camper anyday of the week. He's quick, respectful, knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell unnecessary stuff. THIS is what we need more of. They made it easy for me. I was a state away but still decided to make the trip (I didn't know who they were or who worked for them) GREAT company and would recommend 100%.
We found out our newly-purchased used RV had drained house batteries and decided to upgrade to lithium batteries, which required a new converter. We contacted That RV Specialist. They gave us an estimate, got the parts in a day later, and three days after dropping it off, we were back in business. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and INCREDIBLY friendly. They have made permanent customers in us.
I cannot express how wonderful it was to have a professional come out and assess our issues. They took so much time to get down to our problems and explain the whys and the hows! Great service! Very thorough and honest - things that are running in short supply these days!
