After our accident Austin came out and looked over the condition of our motorhome. He was able to get the slide closed,and arranged for a tow back to his shop. Tiffany and the team at That RV Specialist were great to work with. They were very responsive and communicated frequently. The manufacturer was slow to send product but they stayed on them. I would highly recommend That RV Specialist for your needs.
A friend told us about this place. They fixed some items on his motorhome and he was very satisfied with their work. We purchased a10yr old Georgetown that needed some upgrades. Brittany in the office was very helpful and Austin took good care of our rig. They installed a roof mounted Starlink WiFi system, sealed the front roof cap, added a Waggle camera to monitor our pet, installed a bullet point mounting system on the dash to hold my iPad and phone, and a new Furion side and rear camera system. The first day in the RV the air conditioner broke and it was crazy hot. They squeezed us into their busy schedule and got out there the same day. Austin and Kyle showed us so many things with our RV and patiently answered every question we asked. Super helpful and super kind. Literally the greatest. Customer for life!
