Lucy was excellent! Had a great handle on both what I wanted and what would look good. Also gave a lot of personalised, explicit advice on how I should handle my hair going forward.
Great cutter, and great advice and knowledge about my hair-type. Really listened to what I was looking for and was able to see the big picture about how my hairstyle is limited by my lifestyle and hair-care limitations. I came out of there looking a lot better than when I went in. The salon was very nicely fitted out, quiet and relaxing, and the reclining chairs for hair-washing were super-comfortable. I'll definitely be back again and will recommend to my family and friends.
