Prices are too high to only have one employee attending to location. Service is always slow. And IDK about the foul smell or the black build up on the bottom of the inside of the door. Definitely makes me not want burgers. People are so busy trying to open up more locations they lose what matters in the individuality of each store. It doesn't matter if you put in a computer to take your orders when there's nobody providing excellent customer service.
Here from Kentucky for work. Went in on 9-10-26. BEST BURGER AND FRIES IVE HAD. If I could give 10 stars I would. 10/10 recommendations
Reviews are important and I should have read them first. Food was extra salty and I called and didn’t get great customer service over the phone. Store customer service was great and very helpful. Never will I spend my money and get super salty turkey burgers again !!!!! Had to literally spit chucks of burger out in napkin - what a waste!!!! Jonesboro location down from Sam’s Club
