But before we even arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly receptionist over the phone when I called to make the appointment. I was then informed I can go online to fill out the paperwork beforehand (which made it very easy when I got there with two babies). When we walked in, the waiting room was amazing! RecommendedThe staff is so caring and calming. They ease my daughter’s fears by demonstrating all the instruments before they use them. They work with you as far as payment and give goodie bags at the end!!!
