I'm from KC. when I asked the bartender what kind of smoker they used he said "excuse me" like I was being rude or out of place. Then food came out of what was described as an electric smoker but is more accurately an oven that produces poor quality BBQ. the only thing worse then the food was the uppity bartender and attitude of the personnel there.
