delicious made from scratch menu. unbelievable ribs, all meat, no fat and not messy as they use a dry rub with sauce on the side. comes with cornbread and sides that are to die for. Highly recommend Kim's!
I'm from KC. when I asked the bartender what kind of smoker they used he said "excuse me" like I was being rude or out of place. Then food came out of what was described as an electric smoker but is more accurately an oven that produces poor quality BBQ. the only thing worse then the food was the uppity bartender and attitude of the personnel there.
Brisket is always done right!
