Never received service, as I made an appointment, and they confirmed, but didn't show up, no text ,no call, nothing and wife and I took the day off for it!! Very unprofessional.
The first tone I used them they were great. This was about 10 years ago and I think this was before they franchised. 2nd time was not great and they used my bbq grill brush on paint. It was when selling a house and the house sold so I didn’t need perfect. Still felt good about our first experience. The most recent usage (2 years ago) was awful. They were expensive and promised to be turnkey. I ended up needing to direct ands manage things. They didn’t prime anything, painting is falling off every door. They made a huge mess ... read more
I wish I could give a higher score, because I actually really enjoyed working with That1Painter. But be wary of the "3 year guarantee". My house was painted by That1Painter 8 months ago. However, when they painted my gutters, they didn't apply any primer. So now after winter, almost all of the paint is peeling off of the gutters. It looks HORRIBLE. I've tried repeatedly to contact them to ask them to fix it... but no one is calling or writing me back. I am going to have to seek legal assistance. I suppose that they expect pe... read more
