I love Tharp Cabinets! The people are great!!!!!!
My cabinets were installed incorrectly, materials were mismatched and when I tried to get warranty service they shipped me materials to install or their lack of response got me so frustrated I stopped trying... probably what they wanted anyhow. They completely messed up their internal accounting and then charged me for their error. The most frustrating contractor I have ever dealt with.
The service from Tharp Cabinets has been horrible. If you expect a return call from any of their staff think twice and find another cabinet maker! I ordered a fireplace mantle along with cabinets on 7/31. The mantle was delivered 3 times damaged. Finally the fourth time it was hand delivered and properly wrapped. I was told by numerous Tharp employees that I would get credit for the mantle. It has taken 3 weeks to get resolution.
