I called to get an update on my immunization records and find out whether I needed a booster, but neither the doctor nor the receptionist could access my file or provide any information. When I asked for a copy of my immunization records, I was told to send them my electronic copy instead. This left me wondering what information is actually being maintained in my patient file.
