My experience was great with Tharaldson-Erik and Bob were very professional, courteous, neat and the work we had done (which was pretty major) was done on time and no mess afterwards. Nice people and quality work ethic!

Be warned: This is the most dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with! We were alerted by other contractors working in our new home that the plumber this business assigned us was unproductive and billing for full days on the job without completing a reasonable scope of work. My wife then went to the worksite at our new home to monitor and log hours. The plumber sent a bill for a large lump sum without disclosing what hours his plumbers were actually on-site at our home. Tharaldson Plumbing and Heating do excellent work. A leaking toilet turned out to be a more complicated task than we realized. They came out promptly, worked on a 45 year old house without complaint, and brought their A+ game. We had them install an additional toilet, kitchen faucet, and an exterior faucet. Erik and Bob are excellent plumbers. We have used Tharaldson Plumbing in the past and will certainly use them in the future.
