Specialties We are a family owned and operated restaurant. We pride ourselves in the quality of our food and bring a homemade taste of Vietnam to your palette. From the fresh crab in our traditional eggrolls to our homemade pho and lemongrass chili, nearly everything we make is from scratch. History Established in 1982. Our first restaurant was located in Pont de Sevres, Paris, France. We then relocated to Little Saigon, Westminster, California. We have been at our current location since February 14, 2014.
