From the time you walk into the office. The staff especially the first person you meet at the window was just exceptional. She made you feel like hi, I'm here to serve you. And hopefully when you leave, you'll feel better. Just gave a warming feeling all over and Doctor Vo walks in and has this calm smile about him.
