Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Was this provider's staff friendly? Shame on your review company for putting words in my mouth. I met Dr. Do in Oklahoma 8-9 years in the worst circumstances possible. "By chance" he was appointed as my physician. He was beyond kind, extremely knowledgeable about trying different meds, and honestly cared from day 1. WA has gained a compassionate soul rarely found in the medical field. I say this in all honesty. I would do anything I could to have him back in the Sooner state. My survey questions are unreliable and answered based on my Oklahoma experiences.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this psychiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Dr. Do actually listens with interest and responds to questions. He is genuinely helpful as well as professional. The office also is friendly, helpful, and efficient.
