Absolutely incredible 50-minute Swedish massage. At one point toward the end of the session, I had the thought: “I can’t wait to remember this experience after it’s over.” I’ve never had that thought during a massage before, and I think it speaks to how present and effective Patrick’s work was. As someone who has been spending a lot of time boxing and being hunched over my computer, my neck and traps were really killing me. Luckily I found Thana Wellness Massage and was able to book a deep tissue massage with Patrick. The massage involved deep tissue work and some stretching, and upon getting off the table, I immediately felt so much better. I’m definitely coming back regularly.

First time and will be going back and sending friends. Got the east/west aroma massage with Zenon and it was exactly what I needed. Almost like assisted yoga stretching & light Thai massage (not full pretzeling if that makes sense). Every time I get a Swedish massage with firm pressure requests, I always wish it was actually this type of style. Parking was easy on a Sunday late afternoon. Facility was CLEAN and everything was new.
