DEAD INSECT: FLY IN PHO – My family always try to find the best Pho place so one evening last month my son took me and my daughters to Than Brothers. First off, we were not impressed because the place looked untidy with untidy servers. Secondly, there was hardly any of the meat/prawn topping that we ordered. Bad Service and rude – I will never come back to this place ever again. The owner is very mean adn rude to the customer. The food is nasty and I don't recommand any of my friend and family or any one reading this review.
super cheap, fast pho and only pho. – This is a great pho place if you are a pho lover, if you are not then it is not the vietnamese restuarant for you as they only serve pho (and cream puffs, free with meal). Strangely cream puffs often come before the pho, but it can be a nice appetizer if you are starving in the 5 minutes it takes them to bring you your pho. PICKING HAIR/NOT WAHING HANDS/HAIR IN FOOD – I used to eat here all the time until one of my co-workers brought me back some pho. i started to unfold the whole thing to warm up in the microwave. When I got to the noodles, OMG beware...there was a HUGE about 10 inches of long hair stuck in my noodles. Horrible service – Good food - but the service is horrible. The workers are very rude. I will never go back here again. Horrible. What a disaster.
Good Pho, Jerky owner – I have been coming here on and off for several years. It's good Pho and really helps you feel better when you have a cold. BUT... I have decided never to go back. The owner is just too rude. He brought my daughtrer the wrong order, and when I asked for the right one, he looked at me like he wanted to hurt me. It really ruined the meal for me. Pho-tastic! – Not Vietnamese either, although one person in our party was. I thought it was great food at a great price. I understand that there may be cultural differences/language barriers here, but we had a good time, and didn't have to wait long. But no barriers to eating great pho! By the way, my Vietnamese friend said it's pronounced something like: "Ffffe". Ok, i know that doesn't translate well. Would definitely go again.
Ok...Not great people skills,but if you love pho you'll love this! – I noticed that two reviews were very harsh on the restaurant. I eat here all of the time and I am not vietnamese. I come here for the pho and I stay for the pho. This place has a harder time with being friendly, but if you want the best bowl of this soup, than you have come to the right place. Fast food, Bad service – Almost every worker at this restaurant are grumpy - none of them speak good english. No one in this restaurant knows how to smile. If you want bad service, this is the place to go.
