The service tech was great! He successfully got the door open. However, when I was billed there was a different address added to the payment invoice. I was shocked 😲 It took 4 days b4 the business straightened it out. As an aware senior citizen, I immediately thought it was a scam!!!! Finally I got an invoice with my address, the right amount billed and no apology for the anxiety I experienced.
We had a new garage door opener installed by James. He was a pleasure to work with and he did a great job. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful and cleaned up nicely. It was a pleasure to have him come to install our opener.

I got a new insulated door and whisper quiet opener for the my house and absolutely love it.
