Been going there for years.... I've been going to Salon By the Sea for over 10 years. Everyone there is like family. Clients routinely get invited to salon functions to hang out with the stylists. The atmosphere is great. There is never a dull moment and all the trinkets around the salon that are for sale are fabulous. I would never go to another salon.
If you value your hair at all - You'll pass on this salon. I'll agree with the other reviewer that the salon is located right next to the water in a nice setting however that nice atmosphere disappears once you enter that doors. The waiting area up front is very crammed and boutique style trying to push complete junk on you...
Warm, peaceful atmosphere The atmosphere is so lovely, right on the water. The parking is easy and the staff is super friendly. I am so happy to have found this place. The stylists don't gripe about each other (at least they keep it away from the clients!) The price reflects a norm in LB salons as far as I can tell,and the atmosphere is the deal-breaker!
