I usually don’t do things like this however I am beyond irritated by the horrible customer service and flat out disregard that these new “stylists” have. A friend recommended this stylist to me, and very hesitantly, I booked an appointment with “Carmen Michelle Customs” weeks ago just for her to send a text an hour before the appointment to say “I have to cancel I’m sick”.
