I was told that she was going to just clean my ends a bit so they can be easily tucked in, instead she went with the thinning shears and starting removing chunks from my hair after washing it now my hair is so hard to style... great salon overall but I can tell they aren't used to dealing with someone who has thick hair.
Katelyn Bogdan did my hair for my wedding and she did an amazing job! She is super sweet and accommodating. Can’t recommend her or this salon enough!
I am posting this to have the public informed of an unprofessional inexperienced hair stylist Brooklyn. There are questionable signs of her experience when she had to ask her co-stylist if she was adding the product correctly. Another time when she asked me to stand up to cut my hair, a professional stylist should be able to do this with the client sitting down.
