Great Thai food needs better service This is a great local Thai restaurant but the service is not very good. The food is great I usually order the special. It comes with a large portion of pan fried noodles in a soy stir fry sauce with scallops, shrimp carrots and small corns. The coconut ice cream is also very good. Manager is MEAN!!!!!! – Our good friends had eaten here and warned us about a bad experience and won't go again. Now our turn. This lady wasn't too happy with us for getting rice on the floor and proceeded to clean it while we were still eating dinner all the while she was rather rude. Love It – My husband and I eat here all the time. I have never had a problem with the service ever. Everyone is always attentive. If my hot tea is out of water they always ask me if I want more. Our favorite is the Panag Curry! I love the rice here better than any other Thai place we have ever eaten at also. Not too stick and not too hard. We also like the lovely decor of murals and wooden carvings. Also, the tropical fish tank in the middle of the restaurant where eveyone can enjoy it.
Good for Cost This restaurant has great thai food. It's not that expensive but has lots of choices with great food. Staff are friendly and will offer suggestions for those first timers.
Racha review – I have gone to this place twice, with kids and without kids. Both time, the service was very rude.
Short answer-NO – We went with our son (9 months) and we were constantly given dirty looks by the staff. So, if you have a kid, I would avoid this place at all costs. We might try it again in 18 years. Also, the food was so-so, the price was high, and they charge extra for steamed rice.
My Review – Food preparation was a little sloppy and services not very friendly. Other than that, an average Thai restaurant. There is one in Seattle by the same name with better food.
Good food but bad service – I would have said this was a good thai restaurant if it wasn't for the baaaaad service. The hostess there was so rude. She did not greet us or give a hint of smile when we arrived, instead she told us to order quickly.... She kept on saying "are they leaving yet?" in the corner by the kitchen to the waiter in thai while there were groups of people still eating. I was so displease that I couldn't enjoy the food. I reccommend take out.
What I have been looking for – I've been looking for a real good Thai restaurant for years, and this is it. The food is by far the best that I have had. In addition I've been trying to eat more soy products, and most of their dishes are served with a choice of tofu, chicken, beef or prawns.
