Great food and Excellent customer service – We have been dining at Racha Thai in Woodenville for a couple of years now and have never had a negative experience. Our favorite time is Lunch time where they serve a nice bite size spring roll appetizer with light peanut sauce and following the meal you get a small cookie and ice cream treat. Love it! I love this place! You get pretty big portions for a good price (especially the take out!) I usually order to go and my orders always ready quickly. My favorite is any of the curries or the fried rice! Staff has always been friendly to me, no complaints about the service.
Great place to eat – I've notice that all the bad reviews about the management are old. I have been there often and lately and it has been a pleasure, and the food is delicious. You never have to wait to get a table and the service is awesome. The only thing I noticed that it is kind of puzzeling is that the spiceness on the food is not the same in all the dishes, for example a 2 on a rice dish is different from a 2 on a noodle dish. Manager is HORRIBLE – I agree with everyone's post about the manager. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I honestly don't know how she's able to run a business like that.
Great food! What do you mean they don't remember you???? I have moved away from Woodinville area and they still remember me whenever I return, which is once or twice a year! I used to order a lot of take out from them and also have had dinners in the restaurant. Very nice service and accommodating. Best hot sour soup with coconut milk ever. I judge all other Thai restaurants by the food at this one.
Horrible Customer Service. Manager extremely rude. – I'd heard from some friends how incredibly rude the manager and wait staff is, but I had to experience it myself to believe it. The food is average, the decor is pleasing, but the staff is unsmiling and rude. In all my years of eating out I've never ever seen this level of unprofessional and customer un-friendly behavior. Best Thai food around – I am crazy for Thai food. I have tried every Thai place I can find. This is the best. They are the most authentic you will find. The ingredients are very fresh. They pay very good attention to detail. I have always found everyone to be very nice including the manager! Good place and service – Last night, my wife and i decided to go out for dinner. We settled on Racha Thai. When we got their, we were seated in about 5 mins, (Full House). We sat down and got our tea quickly and we ordered. The wait for the food was pretty quick, probably about 15 minutes. I ordered beef and broccoli and my wife ordered chicken curry. Worst customer service, OK food. Avoid it. – As other reviewers said, the manager is very very rude. I went there alone on 12/17/06 for a quick lunch. It was around 1:45pm, so I was the only one waiting to be seated. There were one manager and 2 waitresses. They were not busy at all and just walking around, but just no one came to give me a seat.
