Such good Currys and the Thai basil fried rice is amazing.
The Castle Hills location needs to step it up. The cuisine at the medical center location is 100 times better. The pad Thai was dry. It was as if it was sitting for too long. Maybe this is customary, but tails were left on the shrimp in the fried rice too. We were expecting it to be so much better. Gonna stick to the other location for now.
The food Thai Topaz restaurant is standing and brings back wonderful memories of when I lived in Thailand! The services elegant and the food sublime with an atmosphere that equals the service and the food. If you want Thai food served in an elegant manner but with the exquisite taste of food prepared in bank this is the restaurant you. I take all my guest there; and they get very impressed. It has a wholesome family atmosphere with the elegance of the Far East.
Love this place. They give you a spicy rating that you get to choose from for your meal. I love it, that way my wife can choose her hot level, even though I think she is the hottest, and I get to choose mine.

This restaurant is one of the best in the city. David and his staff go out of the way to make sure that your restaurant experience is one you will not forget. If you haven't been to Thai Topaz, I urge you to give him a try especially during these cold months and try some of his entrees.
Excellent food and great people. Very nice atmosphere.
It's my fav Thai place. The fried spring rolls are amazing! The staff is very nice & it's a beautiful restaurant on the inside.
