This is my favorite Thai restaurant. The food is consistently excellent, the staff is friendly and efficient. There is a daily happy hour where both drinks and appetizers are discounted. Fridays have the added treat of free music. Cudos to David for his creative passion in making Thai Topaz so enjoyable.
