She found every single spot that needed attention, including areas that no one had ever really worked on before. I surf, climb, and work out so my back is consistently sore. Paula and palmy gives the best massages for active people - I always walk out feeling better and lighter than before. They know how to give firm pressure in all the right places. Highly recommend if you are athletic since they specialize in sports massage

Went for a 60 minute massage and cupping. Alice asked me if there was pain or areas of focus. I had pain in the lowwr back. The cupping and massage was excellent and I walked out feeling better. Definitely recommend
