Wish I lived closer to Pearl in Sedona AZ. Her Thai Spices are Exquisite! When I lived in Sedona, she'd prepare a special meal every time I'd stop in and she'd make time to sit and visit with great stories and insight to share. And, I still stop in on a visit...wouldn't miss her and her gourmet meals. I love you, Pearl.
I'm a Food Snob, and a Vegan (and an organic cookbook author) and this might have been the best Thai Food I've ever eaten. Know that I am not a purist and I don't know if this is really truly "traditional Thai food". I have, however, been to a zillion Thai food restaurants and this was the best.
