Portions are large and the choice are huge. Had the pad thai combo so get to try a lot. The server really nice and helpful. Like to choice of spice level.
The Thai coconut soup (Tom Kha Gai) is the best in Long Beach.
Just had the best Orange Chicken I've ever had in my life.
I've walked by Thai Silk everytime I do the bar crawl on Broadway. Always looked in, but never gone in. Finally I did this past Sunday. Food was great, Apple and her service staff were friendly and great. And they have buy a glass of wine, get the 2nd one free. At least that night they did. I plan on going back.

Bad service server was very unfriendly i order combination fried rice and it was over cook egg roll taste was not good either i will never go back again
