I started with Thai Pilin when they opened a restaurant in Falls Church oh so many years ago. Their team opened the space in Tysons and it was a favorite for many years when I went to Tysons for business. I stopped in yesterday for lunch ordering garlic shrimp and hae kuhn. The sauce was so tasty the vegetables were nice and the har kuhn was delightful. Ordering was easy and service was quick. Still good after all these years and still one of my favorite Thai places in northern Virginia. It's simple and a great meal.

Terrible service. Both the waiter and owner are so rude and short. My chicken was not fully cooked all the way through and when I went to open the chopsticks from the bag they were used with food stains and mouth marks. The owner responded to that "I have nothing to say." I was shocked at his response and said I'd just might call fairfax county healthy officials to which his wife chimed in "call them we don't care." The waiter is this older Thai man who has no patience and no heart. The food isn't even good. Don't go here.
