I felt very rigid prior to the massage. I have a small side back adjustment I can do to myself and was unable to get any movement before the message. After the massage, I was able to adjust both sides. Definitely hit some of my knots and feel better flexibility and relaxation. Ana Y was excellent! Would highly recommend!
