When I entered the restaurant, nobody smiled or looked at me. I with my wife stood in front of the "please wait to be seated" sign to mroe than 3 minutes. Then, when a waiter came to us, I implicitly expressed my dissatisfaction. He basically made fun of me as if it is funny to watch me complaining. Most awful experience in the eating place.
Great food, Great service, great atmosphere!. I think I know well enough what authentic Thai is. I really enjoy this restaurant a lot. Try Pra sam rod but Pad Thai is the best. Highly recommended. ^_^
This is about the restaurant on Research Blvd, in Austin, Texas.The whole experience was very bad. We did arrive just in time for dinner at aroud 7:30 PM.The place was not very crowded. The waitress took us within a minute and showed us the table. But, the table was not clean. She cleaned it after making us sit there. One of the chairs was very unclean with food smeared over it. I did ask the waitress to take care of it. She just moved the chair to a different table.She did take the order, but we did not even get our napkin ... read more

Both the oriental waitresses were extremely dry and rude. They served dinner w/o offering any plates or serving spoons. No water refills, no smiles. Food was good and reasonably priced but service was simply horrible.

I normally dont review restaurants, but this place excelled my expectations. I ordered through Longhorn Delivery online. The food was excellent - still warm, well-seasoned, crisp vegetables. Plus, the delivery man arrived a half hour before expected and was very courteous. Thumbs up! Ill be ordering from here again!

Great Thai food downtown! – Thai passion is located right downtown and is the perfect spot to go after a night hanging out on 6th street, they offer the best thai food in downtown. The prices are a little high but worth it.
