Tried it once – The fried banana appetizer was really good. The pad Thai was sub-par on two counts: noodles were not fresh, sauce was sickly sweet. I had to request fish sauce for the noodles. I am guessing that nobody orders the pad Thai. Fried rice with beef: beef was boiled or steamed or pre-cooked and added. It should have been fried and seared in the wok! sub-par thai – Omg...this place is a freakin joke. It isn't thai...it isn't even thai-fusion. Its Chinese with a couple of thai -inspired...Chinese tasting dishes. Pad Thai? Taste like noodle dough Beef broccoli ? Sure didn't taste like beef. Crab Fried Rice? At least it had real crab in it...but it tasted like Chinese fried rice. Garlic pepper pork? Dry like leather. Orange chicken? It was edible. Good new is, the steam rice was perfect. The pik nam plah was bizarre tasting, not sure what it even was. OH!....Did i mention t... read more
Cheap Thai – The crab fried rice and the chicken panang curry were above my expectations. The fried plantains given when you walk in the door were fabulous.
Cannot be beat – I stumbled upon this place when I was driving home from a film shoot and saw a ton of people out front at 11:00pm. I love Thai food so I stopped to check it out. I am glad I did because now I frequent this place. Very inexpensive but very good. The quail egg soup and the garlic chicken are the best. Great for families. My family of 4 can consistently get out there for under $40 while being completely full with leftovers.
My favorite Thai – I have yet to find Thai food that beats the price for flavor. lunch specials under $5, this is my favorite Thai place.
