Thai food is my favorite ethnic food but I'm pretty picky. I've lived in Frisco four years and had tried four different thai restaurants before I tried Thai Green Village and haven't been to any other since. Why go somewhere else when you've found the best! Another one I tried was wonderful too but price is also a factor and TGV has the best price as well. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
Love the yellow curry and orange chicken. Kids can't get enough of the chicken satay and fried rice. And you can bring your own wine!
Portion sizes are laughable, especially kids' trays. There were about 6 fries on her plate and 2 florets of broccoli. The chicken was also very dry. Chicken pad thai was okay, but the more you ate, the more weird it tasted - too saucy? Same with chicken basil stir fry. They don't do free refills on sodas. The staff was attentive and when asked to make the food Thai hot because we eat our food super spicy, they listened, probably the only plus there. I think we'll stick to Noodle Wave in McKinney.
