Outrageous behavior by Manager! – We had dinner here last night. The food was pretty average but that is not the reason I am posting. No. During the meal I happened to get up to use the Gent's. My business was light and quick and I was in and out in less than two minutes. After about 10 minutes the female manager comes over to the table and loudly accuses me of having choked up the bowl in the men's toilet! I got really sick eating here – I went here for dinner with some friends. We had a couple appetizers, a couple currys and noodles. The food wasn't that good and it was served lukewarm and cold. I didn't feel that good after eating and went to bed early. I ended up with a really sour stomach with food coming back out my north and south portals. CHEATED! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE! – The servers were just horrid. Very rude, unresponsive, couldn't care about anything. The food was terrible. Our Tod Mun was rubbery, we think it was a reheated leftover rather than a freshly made item. The Phad Siew was really sweet; we've never had Asian noodles made that sweet. Great reputation but terrible restaurant – Some places live on past glory - Thai Ginger is a great example. We have seen the quality of the food and service both decline drastically over the past couple of years. The last straw was last weekend. We ordered the usual set of food - couple of starters, soup, and a slate of curries. well, sad to say the food was found wanting - temperature was off, rubbery texture on noodles, seasoning was bland. Pretty bad food at a really high price – We heard good things about this place so we gave it a try. We ordered some starters and three main courses. Bottom line - the spring rolls were soggy, the Tod Mun was rubbery, the seafood soup had no seafood, and the curries were bland and certainly not worth the price. Watch out on the bill - they will charge you for rice, and other things you did not order. They will argue with you too if you question the bill. I think they intend to shame you so you'll just pay. Rude service and pretty average fare – We ordered a couple appetizers - spring roll and fish cake, tom yum soup and a cuple of curries. The food was pretty bland as it wasn't spiced as we had requested. The spring roll was clearly reheated as it was soggy and spongy in texture. The soup was supposed to have prawns but there was only one small shrimp. The curries were nothing special and in fact seemed to be warmed out leftovers. Worst customer service, dishonest and unprofessional – Decent food, but really bad and dishonest service. Food arrived on the table one hour after ordering and the waitress appeared only three times: to get the order, bring the food and the bring bill. Apparently they have a special policy to overcharge the bill by 18% if there are more than 6 people at the table. Customers find out about such policy only when the bill arrives. best thai food – I've tried so many different thai restaurant and so far Thai Ginger in Redmond Town Center is the best Thai Restaurant I've ever been to. The service is wonderful, the staff are really friendly especially towards my kids, and I love being able to see the chefs cook. I always get the Phad Thai and Chicken Cashew nut.. it's so fresh and yummy. I eat dinner and lunch their atleast 3 times a week and I just can't seem to get enough of it. Overrated, overpriced, underwhelming in this diner's opinion – I am really tring to figure out what it is that gets so much positive press about this restaurant, because my experience there a few nights ago was hardly impressive.
