Favorite Lunch Place – Food is delicious and service is pretty quick once your seated. My favorite lunch dishes are the Red Curry & Spicy Shrimp. If you are in a hurry, you will need to arrive early as the place fills up quickly. Also, I recommend to request for "Anong" for your waitress, she is very polite, checks on you to make sure you have what you need and with a very sweet personality, lovely lady! Steve
Best Thai Lunch in the Houston Area – I have eaten at several Thai restaurants throughout the country and this is about the best and most affordable I have eaten at. The Red Curry is absolutely delicious and can be spiced to taste. For lunch you get the entree, soup or salad, and a crispy roll for under ten dollars. Its an excellent bargain. Yummy! – If anyone is looking for some great and inexpensive Thai food, this is the place. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the service is very prompt. I would strongly recommend the spring rolls and their peanut sauce is the best! The weekday lunch specials are also great; a full meal for under $10. I try to go here at least once every couple of weeks.
Thai Cottage is a very good small Thai restaurant – Thai Cottage is a great casual date restaurant. I met my girlfriend here. Actually we met online and both thought that having dinner at Thai Cottage would be a perfect first date. If you're African American and don't mind being ignored, then this place might be okay..... – I started patronizing this particular location in March of 2008 after starting a new job. The only thing that I ever ordered were the spring rolls and they were always fresh and tasty and the peanut sauce they used was excellent. Great Thai food for a decent price – Get the panang curry with chicken. We've searched all over to find a decent Thai restaurant in Houston that serves our favorite meals and this is it.
Favorite Thai!!! – This is one of my favorite restaurants! I have never been disappointed with Thai Cottage. The service is ok but what is outstanding is the food! You cannot go wrong with the crispy rolls for appetizers; try the Panang Curry, Red Curry, Pad Thai, Princess Chicken, Chili Basil or Sizzling Beef for your entree and the Fried Banana with the coconut ice cream!
I have an addiciton for this place!!!!! – i was introduced to Thai Cottage about 6 years ago by my mother. i now since that first day of tasting their wonderful food have an addiciton problem. Great Food EVERYTIME – Lunchtime through the week and during weekends is busy for good reason - it's fantastic food at very reasonable price. Lunch Menu is less extensive than Dinner Menu but still a good variety of choices. Evenings ( at least from 7:30pm onward ) tend to be a little less busy.
